At the initiative of the College of Social Sciences, in the end of 2019 KIMEP University signed a Memorandum of understanding with MGIMO University (Moscow, Russian Federation), one of the most famous and respected institutions of higher education both in Russian Federation and the world. It is significant that cooperation between two universities begins in the year of the 75th anniversary of MGIMO.
As commonly known, the President of Kazakhstan Mr. Kasym-Zhomart Tokyayev, as well as many other statesmen of our country, is the MGIMO alumni.
Cooperation with MGIMO University will open up new opportunities for joint research and publications, internships and various programs for students, faculty and researchers of KIMEP University.
